First Grandson for Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are expecting their first grandson on June 17^th. Their eldest child, Josh Duggar , and his wife Anna are expecting their second baby boy on June 19^th. Josh and Anna have a 17 month-old baby girl named Mackynzie. Mackynzie is only a couple months older than her youngest aunt, Josie, who was born prematurely at 25 weeks gestation via emergency c-section. Josie and all her siblings have names that begin the letter “J.” No words if older brother Josh will continue the tradition with his children’s names beginning with the same letter. One thing that he and Annie will repeat is having the baby born via homebirth. Older sister Mackynzie was born healthy via homebirth and so will her younger brother.

Husband Helps Delivers Baby He Did Not Know Existed

A man who thought that the weight gain of his wife was due to quitting smoking was surprised when his wife went into labor. A 911 dispatcher talked the man through the process of delivering the baby. Although the woman has 3 other children, she did not know that she was pregnant.

There are so many cases of women not knowing that they are pregnant until they do go into labor. Each pregnancy is unique and so even though the woman in this story did have other children, she may have not felt all of the same symptoms she felt with her previous pregnancies. Sometimes a woman will not seem to look pregnant or as far along as she really is at the time. There are some pregnant bellies that look small and round and then there are those that are huge. The story mentioned that the mom had put on a few pounds. This seems to be one for show for “I did not know I was Pregnant” on the cable station. Thank God both baby and mom are doing well. The baby and mom in this story were taken to a local hospital and both are doing fine.

Scrubs Star, John C. McGinley, has a baby girl

John C. McGinley, who plays Dr. Perry Cox on the NBC comedy Scrubs ,welcomed a baby girl February 2, 2009.

McGinley’s wife, Nichole Kessler, is a yoga instructor and child-birth doula, which probably helped a lot during labor. Nichole was able to give birth at home in a birthing tub.
