Music star Usher and his wife Tameka Foster had a baby boy this week in Atlanta. The baby was named Usher Raymond V. The Usher name just goes on an on. Christmas should be a lot more joyous with this little baby around. Babies just add so much more joy to the holiday season.
Joey McIntyre, from New Kids on The Block, and his wife had a baby boy. Please do not pretend that you do not remember New Kids on the Block. They were the biggest boy band of the 80s and they rocked. Most recently Joey was one of the stars on Dancing With the Stars. Well, congratulations to Joey and his wife.

Baby showers can definitely be one of the fun parts of being pregnant. It is fun to just see all these little baby gifts that your new baby is going to use and wear. Beyond all the party games it is cool to just have a cool theme for the occasion. Nicole Richie’s theme for her baby shower was the Wizard of Oz. She also had about 90 guest at her party and she definitely must have had some great high priced baby gifts.
Nicole Richie is also doing something altruistic by donating her baby shower gifts to charity. It is nice because we have seen the hundreds of gifts that celebrity do get and at the rate that babies grow many of the gift are not even used
While many friends at Sunday’s shower in Beverly Hills donated gifts to the charity, they also brought gifts for Nicole and Joel[Nicole’s baby daddy] to keep – including one children’s book from every guest to help build the baby’s library.

One thing that is hard to find after having a new baby is time. Time to exercise is definitely in short supply for new moms.
Exercising after a baby’s birth can help the mother get back in shape. Many of the physiological and biological changes of pregnancy persist 4 - 6 weeks postpartum. Exercise may help you sleep better at night and may help you cope with depression (Schlosberg and Neporent, 1996).

One way to fit in exercising with your baby is by walking. You can place your baby in his/her stroller and go for a walk around your neighborhood. This is great multitasking for when your crying baby needs to calm down. You also can show your child the world around him/her on your walk.
You can also take walks through the mall or the park. Walking is one of those inexpensive exercise programs that you and child can do together.
If you have older children, you can also bring them for a walk and let them ride their bikes while you push the stroller. Sometimes older siblings are in a helping mood, and if so, you can allow them to help you push the stroller while you go for a walk.
To make the walking more high impact you can add foot weights. Of courses, it goes without saying that each person is unique and you should check with your physician to make sure that any exercise is safe for you.
For months we have all seen the baby bump on Jennifer Lopez and there have been numerous speculations about her being pregnant. Now the truth comes out directly from her mouth that she is pregnant. Of course, we all know that is impolite to say someone is pregnant before we really know. Some may not know that some women may just have a little tummy and they may not be pregnant at all.
But now that we know that Jennifer Lopez is pregnant, a big congratulation is in order.
